Do I need to know how to code?
No. You answer plain-language questions and approve a summary of what your tool will do. We handle everything technical - there's nothing to install, configure or maintain.
Where do my tools actually live?
We host and run them for you on infrastructure we own and operate. Each tool gets a real, shareable web address - and you never see a server, a database or a dashboard for any of it.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes - on Studio and Agency plans you can publish tools on your own domain. On Starter, tools live on a free forge subdomain.
Is my data safe and separate from other agencies?
Yes. Every agency's tools and data are fully isolated from everyone else's, and any keys you connect are encrypted and never shown back to you. Isolation is enforced and checked on every publish.
What if I need changes later?
Just ask in plain language. We update the tool, show you what'll change, and republish - every change is previewable and reversible.
